1. Membership & Subscription Terms
Subscriptions auto-renew yearly based on your selected plan. You may cancel at any time prior to renewal. Non-active or lapsed subscriptions immediately block discount redemptions while retaining account history.
2. Merchant Partner Obligations
Merchants agree to honor all active discounts listed on the Patron platform as specified in their signed digital contract snapshot. Failure to honor verified discounts constitutes a breach of partnership terms.
3. Dispute Resolution
Members and merchants may raise disputes regarding unapplied discounts or billing issues via their respective dashboards. Admin decisions on disputed redemptions are binding.
